Girls’ Generation Performs at ‘Korea-China Friendship Concert’ in Beijing

On June 28th, Girls’ Generation traveled to Beijing, China for the 'Korea-China Friendship Concert', where the group thrilled fans in the audience with superb performances of 'Genie', 'I Got A Boy', and 'Gee'. Other artists at the concert included Super Junior, 2PM, SISTAR, MBLAQ, EXO, and others. Yoona selected as an MC for the event along with Super Junior’s Kyuhyun and 2PM’s Taecyeon.

Also in attendance at the 'Korea-China Friendship Concert' was Park Geun-hye, the President of South Korea, in the midst of a four-day visit to China. Girls’ Generation and other groups were able to meet President Park Geun-hye at the backstage of the event.
