After hitting the number 1 spot on the Oricon Daily Chart with 'The Best', Girls' Generation have also secured the number 1 spot on the Weekly Chart too!

'The Best' debuts at number on Oricon Weekly with over 75,000 copies sold.  This is their 3rd album to hit number 1 after their debut "Girls Generation" back in 2011 and "Love & Peace" in December last year.

This makes the girls the first non-Japanese female group to reach such a feat!
